What is an eBook?

The term eBook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book that can be read on your PC or palm device.

What are training videos?

Training Videos are basically a set of video tutorials that shows you step by step how to accomplish a task. It involves more user interaction as you can watch and act on whatever you are learning straightaway.

What do I need to read an eBook?

Most e-Books are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from www.adobe.com

Most other e-Books are exe (executable) files. These need no software to run on your PC.

They can also be in the form of a word or HTML file.

How will my eBook be delivered?

Your e-Book will be delivered electronically via email to your primary PayPal email address

Will I require any additional software?

Your e-Books will be delivered in zipped up (compressed) format.

You will need WinZip or WinRar to extract the file. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. If not download it free from www.winzip.com or www.winrar.com

Can I Resell my purchased product?

All titles (apart from those listed under Exclusive) purchased from this site come with FULL Resale Rights, so you can sell them on and keep 100% of the profits. Titles listed under Exclusive can only be resold by joining the author's affiliate program.
This is relatively easy to do and you can expect to make about 30% - 50% per sale that you make.

My Purchase has not arrived?

If you do not receive your Purchase, check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter settings then contact us.
